Do I have any insurance coverage for my home business from my homeowner insurance?

Q: Hi Larry, I have a business in my home. Do I have any insurance coverage for my business from my homeowner’s insurance?

A: The short answer is NO. To expand just a bit;  with only one exception (found in the personal property special limits of liability) business is always an exclusion when used in a homeowner’s policy.
